What is RTT®?
RTT® is Rapid Transformational Therapy, developed by the internationally renowned therapist, Marisa Peer, is an award-winning technique that utilizes the best scientific principles of neuroplasticity to create new long-lasting beliefs and behaviors
RTT® works with the subconscious mind and combines deep relaxation (hypnotherapy) with unique methods (and other methodologies) to create permanent and positive change.
Our subconscious mind is the vault where all our knowledge-based and passed experiences are kept. This knowledge impacts the way we feel about certain things and perceive our surroundings. It shapes our version of reality and causes us to react to certain things in a specific way. We draw our brilliant ideas and epiphanies from our subconscious mind.
We function in a conscious world, completely unaware of the effect that our subconscious mind has on our decisions and the roads they lead us to.
Changes directed by the conscious mind has limitations and mere willpower and logic is not enough to facilitate change and break the chains of bad habits. We end up rewriting our past new year’s resolutions every year with the best intentions, setting ourselves up for failure and disappointment.
True change starts deep within when we connect with our subconscious mind. RTT® allows you to connect with your subconscious mind through the method of deep relaxation (hypnosis). This allows a heightened state of focus and bypasses the continuous chattering of the conscious mind.
